David N. Ripperton Architects Inc. is an architectural design firm established in 1991 in Chapel Hill, N.C. The firm has produced a diversity of designs including animal hospitals, assisted living and group homes, churches, maintenance and manufacturing facilities, office buildings, restaurants, retail stores and single family residences.

Darcon of NC, was established in 1998 in Raleigh, NC and started with one townhomes development and grew into one of the finest local builders for quality residential and commercial projects all over the Triangle and surrounding areas.

Darcon of NC has the experience, expertise and flexibility to create the most appealing products. The partners are hands-on builders and engineers eager to meet the needs of the customer and the community in which they develop.

SGI Technical Services, a small business located in Carrboro, NC since 1998,  offers Civil Engineering and Site Planning services.  SGI Tech provides stormwater design and permitting, utility layout and design and civil engineering consulting to individuals and local developers. 

On-going projects include residences and subdivisions, as well as, commercial and mixed-use developments.
